ORDERS ONCE PLACED CAN NOT BE CANCELLED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

1. Eligibility for Returns:

Package opening video is a must to claim any return or refund
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Customized or personalized jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

2. How to Return an Item:

Provide your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference and availability of stock.

6. Exchanges:

Exchanges are not typically offered in case of a change of mind of the customers. Any exchange or refund will only be borne by us if the mistake is from our end supported by proof by the customers.
